PMI Summit Colorado is now happy to offer Responsible Agent Services!

Summit County requires a responsible agent for all short term rental properties. A responsible agent is an individual or management company who is available 24/7/365 to respond as the initial point of contact for the property.

Two Service Options for the Responsible Agent Program:

6 months of Service - $300 - Perfect for the homeowner who is only short term renting their property seasonally.

OR

1 year of Service - $550 - Perfect for the homeowner who manages their own property yearly, but needs feet on the ground locally for emergency services.

Includeds:

  • Being available 24/7/365
  • Locally based staff
  • Responds in timely manner of complaints
  • Access to PMI Summit Colorado’s maintenance department and 24 hour emergency services

Additional Fees:

  • Flat Fee for Hotline Calls: $35 (charged each time a hotline call is received)
  • $25 per 15 minute increment to handle calls over the phone. Many issues can be resolved over the phone but if we need to go out to the property, the minimum trip charge is $95, standard day rates are $95 per hour from 8am-8pm (between 8pm and 8am rates will increase to $150 minimum trip charge and $150 per hour)
